Mosadoluwa was arraigned on one count charge of alleged (causing)bodily harm.
However, the magistrate granted his bail application, with two sureties with property in Lagos and One Million Naira bail bond.

He said, “If you monitored the story, you can see that what looks to be their main prayers, which were Fraud, Forgery, Attempted Murder were crashed and left with causing bodily harm; and that is why we are left with just one Count.”
He noted that he was charged to Court not because “I committed any offence but because someone consider me as a threat and engaged a defamatory expert to frame me up.”
On the same vein, one of the legal counsels of the defendant, Barr. I.K Yusuf ,posited that the one-count charge is also baseless and will be argued as the case progresses.
Saheed Mosadoluwa, insisted that he will also approached the Police for defamation of character, as his long earned personal and family reputation were carelessly dragged by Igbinoba.
On the other hand, a video posted by Igbinoba on her official Twitter handle @aigmediaprotv confirm her invitation by the SWAT arm of the Nigeria Police.
