The Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA), the agency in charge of delivering universal health coverage through the Lagos State Health Scheme (ILERA EKO) has recognised the efforts of Orile Agege LCDA in ditching out quality Primary Health Care services to the residents.
The First edition of ANNUAL ILERA EKO PROVIDERS FORUM held today, 8th May, 2023 at Sheraton Hotels, Ikeja.
Part of the activities to showcase high performers in the Healthcare Providers Network included presentation of awards to deserving health facilities in both the private and public health sector.
Odumbaku PHC, the 24-hour comprehensive health facility of Orile Agege LCDA, was presented with a special recognition award for its efforts in continuous quality improvement and contributions towards the delivery of universal health coverage through ILERA EKO in Lagos State.
One of the focal points of the administration of Hon Johnson Sunday Babatunde, the Executive Chairman, Orile Agege LCDA, is provision of good and quality health care service to the residents of Orile Agege.
It would be recalled that a new public health centre furnished with state of the art equipment and facilities named after the first lady of Lagos state Dr Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo- Olu was commissioned on the 14th February, 2023.
This award is another great recognition to the numerous infrastructural, health, educational, human and social development programmes of the administration of Mr Project.
