To extend the tentacles of development to every ward in the Council Area, Alimosho Local Government, Hon. Jelili Sulaiman commissioned another set of roads within Alimosho Area Council.
Jelili took the Community leaders, party leaders and journalists to commission roads like Odulana and Gafari Banire.
Recall that Alimosho Local Government has commissioned Vincent, Tunde Apatira and New Era streets respectively on Tuesday.
While commissioning the tired roads, he urged the residents to take the infrastructural facilities as their own properties and utilise them effectively.
He said, ”We commissioned these roads for the use of Alimosho residents. These roads will bring succour to the residents. My Administration has constructed many roads across all wards, empowerment to the youths and women.
”On the Health care facilities, when I was the leader of the legislative House,I said if God answers my prayers to be Local Government Chairman, part of my focus will be on health. And when God has answered my prayers, we have invested heavily on health. My Administration has built four health centres for the residents of Alimosho. It is not just Health Centres but the ones that have met United Nations Standard, That is why I can tell you boldly that we have tried in terms of health. Go to Bola Ahmed Health Centre, they operate 24 hours services. Many people are amazed to the quality of the Health Centre. with several machine for different medical examinations.”
On the same vein, Olori CDA Chairman, Comrade Abiodun Adegoke lauded the Chairman for constructing Vincent street in Alimosho.
He added that Alimosho Local Government Chairman has fulfilled his promises to the residents in terms of road construction, Primary Health Care system, empowerment and education.
Another resident, Mrs Tella Funmilayo opined that Vincent street has put smile on the faces of the residents compared to what the street looked like before the construction of road.
Recall that Jelili Sulaiman led administration has constructed Primary schools, Primary Health Centres, and roads infrastructure.
