Due to hard work and incorruptible tendency, Nigerian Police has decorated journalist turned Police Officer, Ope Olasunkanmi as Chief Superintendent of Police.
CSP Ope works at Zonal Command situated at Onikan, Lagos. He is CSP in charge of Administration.
As a journalist, he worked with Super Screen Television, Globe Telly, a subsidiary of TV Continental and Testimony Television.
Recall that Ope Olasunkanmi has won numerous awards including DPO of the year in 2013 through his codified community policing strategies.
He was an excellent Divisional Police Officer at Aregbe Town, near Eleweran, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
The Lagos born Police Officer was once Divisional Traffic Officer at Ile-epo, Agbado Oke Odo LCDA.
Apart from serving as DCO at Trade Fair and Anthony Police Stations, he also served at Agbado Crossing Police Station and combat crime like no other.
As a dutiful officer, Ope served as Chief Detailed Officer to Former Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki.
