For the ongoing Ramadan, Engineer Azeez Olaniyan has greeted all the residents of Ifelodun Local Government and urged them to imbibe the spirit of unity during this holy month.
Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic lunar calendar, is a sacred time for Muslims worldwide. It commences and concludes with the sighting of the crescent moon. Due to the Islamic calendar’s shorter duration compared to the Gregorian calendar, Ramadan shifts earlier by 10–12 days annually, allowing it to traverse all seasons within a 33-year cycle.
In a statement released to journalists, Olaniyan prayed for the development of Ifelodun Local Government Area and Kwara State in General.
Ora born Engineer later call on all Muslims to open their hearts to the divine blessings and seek piety always.
”May this month be a journey of deep connection with Allah, where every prayer is a whisper of hope and every moment is a chance for transformation.
”Let’s open our hearts to the divine blessings, seeking piety and pouring our hearts into earnest dua, knowing that in His mercy, every sincere plea finds its answer.
”Ramadan Mubarak , may this be a time of profound spiritual awakening for us all,” he said.
