LAGOS STATE EDUCATION DISTRICT 1 MEETS ORILE AGEGE COUNCIL CHAIRMAN, LAUDS EDUCATION TRANSFORMATION

In the spirit of celebrating the yuletide season, the Lagos State Education District 1 paid a courtesy visit on the Executive Chairman Orile Agege LCDA Hon. Johnson Babatunde today , Friday, 5th of January, 2024, at the Council Secretariat.

The Education District delegate was led by the Tutor General/Permanent Secretary, Prince Adebowale Bashir Adeoye who appreciated the council boss for the immense development he has brought to the educational sector in Orile Agege , which includes the rehabilitation of public primary and secondary schools within the LCDA, provision of desks and benches to all public schools, the distribution of exercise books and other writing materials , provision and installation of computers and ICT Center amongst so many others.

Hon. Babatunde in his welcome address thanked the Education District team and promised not to rest on his Oars as he is passionate about the development of the LCDA, especially the educational sector.

He reiterated his commitment to the development of all public primary schools under his jurisdiction. he assured them that more

positive and developmental programs will be implemented in the education sector which will be of positive impact on all.

Present at the occasion were the Council Chairman Hon. Johnson Babatunde, Vice Chairman Mrs. Kafilat Akanni-Pedro, Council Treasurer Mr. Muyiwa Onakoya, public affairs officer, Mrs Lanre-Arogundade, Chief of Staff Hon. Tunde Olabode, Tutor General/Permanent Secretary, Prince Adebowale Bashir Adeoye and members of the Education District 1.
