The Convener of the Olaide Okadigbo Foundation, Comrade Olaide Oladeebo has not only applauded the decisions of the Lagos State Government led by Mr Babajide Sanwo- olu to cushion the effect of the removal of fuel subsidy by the Federal Government as well as the harsh economic situation in the country by reduction of transportation cost by 50 per cent but has also supported it with the provisions of Five minibuses popularly known as Korope and Tricycle popularly known as Keke.
According to information gathered by Hotnewsnaija Online , Olaide Okadigbo Foundation, has over the years empowered numerous Lagos residents.
.While delivering the buses and tricycles to the beneficiaries, Comrade Olaide Oladeebo applauded the decision of the Lagos State Government to reduce the transportation cost of resident of Lagos State.
The reduction will be reflected on the transportation fare charged by buses operated by BRT, under the supervision of the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority, LAMATA, and 25 per cent reduction by yellow buses.
