Notable Islamic organisation, Ridwanullahi Movement of Nigeria (RIDMOV) and Markaz-Daru-L- Fhumi Wali Mahni under the distinguished Imam and Chief Missioner, Sheikh Ridwanullahi Mohammed Bello (Cisse) honoured the Founder and Editor-In-chief of Hotnewsnaija.ng, Mr Adegbenro Nurudeen Adenekan for his noble role in propagating Islamic religion.
Adegbenro is a trained journalist, lecturer and political analyst.
According to the Mudir of the Islamic Centre, Sheikh Ridwanullahi Bello hinted that the awardee is a blessing to Islamic religion considering the roles he is playing in propagating Islamic religion in Agege and its environs.
”Ustaz Adegbenro Nurudeen is a special being. He is dedicated, truthful and poius in all his dealings. He is a strong member of Fakhar-ul-Islam Family which I also belong as Nohib-ul-Amir. Over the years, he has been supporting muslims without thinking of anything in returns. This award is to urge him to do more, ”he said.
While receiving the iconic award, Adegbenro thanked the organisers for the honour and promised to do more for Muslim Ummah.
The event was graced by many Islamic Associations and dignitaries.
