An alleged serial liar and opportunist, Mrs Adeyinka Igbinoba, at different times, has been accused of using different security operatives and unethical media platforms to defame the personalities of two leading estate developers, Alhaji Saheed Audullahi Mosadoluwa and Mrs Sade Gbadamosi.
Mosadoluwa is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited while Sade Gbadamosi is the Founder and Owner of Redbricks Homes International Limited and best highbrow estates in Lagos, Amen Estates.
Hotnewsnaija Online reliably gathered that Mosadoluwa did not had business transactions with Igbinnoba.
According to Harmony Gardens boss, “I did not know Adeyinka Igbinoba from anywhere and I never transact any business with her. But one of the agents of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited transacted with one of her siblings (Biodun Abdul- Keshab Properties Limited) over one of our landed properties with genuine titles. They bargained with themselves and agreed on #120 Million for the purchase of 5 Acres of land at Bolunpelu, Ibeju Lekki Local Government Area, Lagos.
“The Representative of Keshab Properties Limited (Adeyinka Igbinoba’s sister) was given C of O to make necessary findings and conduct due diligence before committing herself to the purchase. After two weeks, Biodun Abdul returned after investigating and confirming the authenticity of the titles, and committed a sum of #30 Million Naira and promised to pay the balance after two weeks. She refused to pay the balance of #90 Million naira and insisted she must collect the initial deposit of #30 million naira with an unfounded claims. Meanwhile, our company policy opines that whenever such issues like this happen, the agent fee given and company charges would be deducted from the initial fee.
“Rather than paying the balance and have full access to the landed property, Biodun Abdul and her family members (including Adeyinka Igbinoba) lodged a frivolous petition against my personality, alleging fraud at the office of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). From EFCC to State Criminal Investigation Department, Federal Criminal Investigation Department to Monitoring Unit of Inspector General of Police, they shopped for charges that do not exist.
“In a bid to settle the matter with me, Adeyinka’s mother got involved and pleaded with me for amicable settlement; upon the insults and so many stunts pulled by her daughter, I transferred #15 Million Naira to the mother with the understanding that they would withdraw the frivolous petition from EFCC.”
The Real Estate giant added that he was surprised to hear the allegation that he brutalised a woman (Adeyinka); leading to alleged use of crutches.
He said, “I was shocked when I was alleged of brutalising a lady; leading her to be using crutches.I am saying it categorically that I never touched her talkless of attempting to kill her as she has claimed on several fora. It is just an attempt to maliciously denigrating my hard-earned golden reputation by falsely accusing me of attempted murder through a concorted petition to Nigerian Police Force and further defame my reputation through Sahara Reporters, Hottestgistinnaija.com and other untrustworthy media platforms.
Meanwhile, Hotnewsnaija Online later gathered that Adeyinka Igbinoba instigated Jade Goodluck and Jadesola Goodluck to share fictitious and frivolous publication on Facebook against the Saheed Mosadoluwa and Founder of Redbricks Homes International Limited, Sade Gbadamosi (Sade Balogun).
Adeyinka accused Gbadamosi of shielding Mosadoluwa from justice through her top notched connections around the country.
She added that Sade Gbadamosi invited her to realtors hang-out at Amen Phase III site basically to cause grievous body harm to her person.
“And also for the fact she had actually invited me to a realtors hang-out at phase 3 site in the middle of nowhere, kilometers into the bush, where Ibile and his thugs were present, knowing fully well that Ibile already attempted my life once and caused me grievous body harm,” she said.
On the other hand, the legal counsel to Sade Balogun postulated that, “It is indeed so frustrating and daring for that mindless liar to toy with reputable office of Inspector General of Police with such crooked and concocted wrong allegation with a view to use the Nigerian Police to get the innocent Sade Balogun (CEO of Amen Estate) and get her frustrated, harassed, intimidated and persecuted.
“We say with all certainty that your aforesaid defamatory actions are uninformed, misinformed, misconceived, misguided, lackadaisical and unprecedented apart from same being obviously based on a gold-digging ambition.”
